  • Paneer 250gms
  • Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger Green Chili Paste 1 Big Tablespoon
  • Green Chilly 7-8
  • Onions 1 Big
  • Green onion cut into 2, 1 inch pieces
  • Capsicum 2 medium
  • Salt 2 teaspoons / flavors
  • Red chili powder according to taste
  • Freshly black pepper as per the taste
  • Red Chillies  as per taste
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato Catchip / Tomato Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Oil separately for 2 tablespoons + frying

Recipe :

  1. Cut the paneer into pieces of one inch.
  2. Peel and wash the onion, then cut it into pieces of one inch. Wash green onion and cut it into pieces of one inch.
  3. Wash green chillies and then cut them off into pieces in two pieces.
  4. Remove the capsicum from the stem and wash it, then cut off the middle half and remove the seeds and cut capsicum in one inch pieces.
  5. Now leave one and a half tablespoon oil in the pan and remove the oil. Now add ginger paste of green chilies in this oil and fry for a few seconds.
  6. Now add red and green onions and stir fry for one minute. Now add capsicum and green chilli and fry for about two minutes.
  7. Mix flour, corn starch, half teaspoon salt, red chilli powder and a small spoon of ginger and green chilli paste together. Insert a little (about 3-4 tablespoons of water) and make a very thick slurry.
  8. Heat oil in a pan. Wrap the pieces of paneer into flour and corn starch solution and put it in the oil. Fry on medium flame. This process takes 5-7 minutes. Now remove the pieces of cheese on the kitchen paper.
  9. Now add paneer, salt, soya sauce, red chili, black pepper and tomato catchers and mix all the ingredients well. Fry well for two minutes. Now insert white vinegar. Taste a taste once and check the taste.
  10. Delicious Chili Paneer is ready to serve. You can serve chili paneer with choumeans or Chinese fried rice, or you can also serve it with naan and Dal Makhani.
