Did I see this really wonderful recipe on my friend.I made it and they were amazed..such taste so crunchy with nice dough I have never eaten I suggest since they cost almost nothing to make and you will enjoy them as much as we do !!!!! And as I found out ..it is the fastest way to taste cheese pie and what cheese pie !!!!

Ingredients for dough

  • 1 teaspoon tap water
  • 1 cup coffee oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 500 g flour all-purpose
  • olive oil for the pan

What we do

  • In a bowl we put the water, the oil, the salt, the vinegar, we mix it a little and we start slowly kneading while at the same time we add the flour.
  • Once we see and shape it we stop it takes about half a kilo so we stop and knead well for a few minutes to make it uniform
  • We make it like a ball and cut pieces of dough about the size of a small apple
  • Flour our counter and open a sheet with the rolling pin one by one ball.
  • The size when opened should be like a large shallow dish.
  • With a spoon pour a little oil as you see above the sheet and by hand rub a little slice scattered here and there on the oiled sheet see photos
  • Close the sheet from the right then the left then fold the bottom and finally close with the opposite sheet to create an envelope see informative photos
  • We prepare everything this way.
  • Put oil in the pan to heat, do not burn too much and place them at the beginning at a lower temperature to cook inside and then strengthen to get a nice golden color.

  • We place them as we take them out for a while on absorbent paper towels and ready to really enjoy them...I tried hot perfect I tell you... I tried cold after hours just as nice !!!

A nice idea is to prepare a lot to put in bags and in the freezer and whenever we want to fry them we can also enrich them in the filling with whatever we like but the original recipe of my friend is exactly as I write it above.
