Chinese Stir Fried dishes made from Chow mein, noodles and vegetables, which are very famous all over the world. - 5 ounces of wheat / flour noodles (150 grams)
- Cottage cheese approx 150 grams
- Cashew 10-12
- Cabbage, 1½ cup finely cut
- Carrot 1 Medium
- Capsicum 1 - I have used both red and green capsicum.
- Green Onions 2-3
- Red Onion 1 Medium
- salt 1 small
- Red Chili Powder ¼ teaspoon
- white chilli ¼ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 1½ Tablespoons
- Sugar ¼ teaspoon
- White vinegar 1½ teaspoons
- Oil 3 tablespoons
recipe :
- Boil according to the instructions on the packet of noodles. I have used noodles of instant wheat and they are boiled in hot water for about three minutes.
- Cut the paneer into a quarter-inch wide and 2-inch long pieces.
- Wash green onions and cut them in about one and a half inch long pieces. Wash the red onion too and cut long thin lids.
- Peel the carrots and wash them, and then cut thin and long shades.
- Cut the cabbage too long thin lids. Wash capsicum and cut it from the beach. Now get out of its seeds and cut it in long and thin lids.
- Heat a pan, add oil in it and then fry the red onion for a minute on a high flame. Now add carrots and capsicum in the mixture for about one minute. Now put the cabbage in the pan and fry for 30 seconds.
- Now add boiled noodles, chopped paneer, cashews, green onions, soya sauce, salt, sugar, griddle red chili, chili sauce, white vinegar and white pepper and run it well. Fry all ingredients on a high flame and roast for 2 minutes.
- Taste and fix sour, sweet and tart according to taste. Close the flame.
- Delicious Paneer Chow mein is ready now to serve. Well, it looks very tasty in itself, but if you want, it increases its digestion with Vege Manchurian.
