Easy Way to Make Restaurant Style Soya Veg Biryani!
If you feel like eating something spicy but don't understand, then this recipe is for you - soya veg biryani (all in one). You will get all the vegetables and protein in it.
You can make this soya veg biryani anytime by eating lunch or dinner….
So let's start making instant soy veg biryani….
material:-
- 90% Boiled rice: 2 cups
- Oil: 25 grams (4 teaspoons)
- Green cardamom: 2
- Cloves: 4
- Sinnamon: 1 inch
- Black paper: 6-8
- Bay leaf: 2
- Potato: 2
- Beans: 1/2 cup
- Carrot: 1/2 cup
- Tomato: 1
- Onion: 1/2 cup (2 large onions)
- Slice Green chilli: 3
- capsicum: 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
- Curd: 1/2 cup (50 grams)
- Milk & saffron: 1/2 cup
- Salt: 2 teaspoons (to taste)
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaf
Method of preparation of Soya Veg Biryani: -
First of all, put the soybeans for 10 minutes to flourish.
Then filter it and take it out in a bowl.
And add chopped vegetables (potatoes, beans, carrots, tomatoes, green chilies, and capsicum) to it.
Then add ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, and cumin powder and mix it well.
Now leave it for 10 minutes.
Now put the pressure cooker or pan on the gas and add oil to it and roast the onion and sieve.
Roast the onion and drain the remaining oil in the remaining oil (cardamom, long, cinnamon, black pepper, and bay leaves).
Once the spice is slightly dry, add the mixed vegetables to it, and fry it on medium heat.
After frying add a little bit of cooked rice to it.
Then pour the roasted onion over it.
Then pour some rice over it and pour the saffron milk over it.
And now the last time, add the remaining rice and add the roasted onion and some coriander leaves. Then cover it and cook it on a medium flame for 25-30 minutes. Cover and place a big scream on it.
After 25 minutes, remove the plate and check from the side that there is no water of Shabji. (If it is, cook it a little longer)
Now remove it from the side and place it on a plate. And our soya veg biryani is ready.
Caution: -
- You can add any Shabji of your choice.
- After the frying onion, if you find more oil then you can also serve it.
- Cook the rest of the food on medium heat.
- If you have an iron star in your house, after cooking for 15 minutes, cook the biryani on top of the pan after 15 minutes. By doing this the biryani cooks even better.
