Mutton Korma Recipe is one of the most popular dishes in India which is mostly made in weddings or on a special celebration.

Material

  •  250 grams with bone mutton
  •  3 large size onions
  •  100ML Oil
  •  15 large cardamoms
  •  15 cloves
  •  50 grams pure ghee
  •  Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
  •  2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  •  1 teaspoon mutton spices
  •  50 gm curd
  •  2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste
  •  Salt to taste

Method

  1. First, wash the mutton thoroughly and drain it
  2. Now heat the oil in the pan and add ghee to it
  3. Now put cloves, big cardamom, and onion paste in it
  4. Now cook the onion till light brown
  5. Now add garlic and ginger paste and curd to it and let it cook.
  6. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mutton spices
  7. Now add mutton and cook the spices on low heat for 10 minutes
  8. Now add about 100ML water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Garnish it with green coriander or mint leaves, your mutton korma is ready to serve.
