Mutton Korma Recipe is one of the most popular dishes in India which is mostly made in weddings or on a special celebration.
Material
- 250 grams with bone mutton
- 3 large size onions
- 100ML Oil
- 15 large cardamoms
- 15 cloves
- 50 grams pure ghee
- Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon mutton spices
- 50 gm curd
- 2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste
- Salt to taste
Method
- First, wash the mutton thoroughly and drain it
- Now heat the oil in the pan and add ghee to it
- Now put cloves, big cardamom, and onion paste in it
- Now cook the onion till light brown
- Now add garlic and ginger paste and curd to it and let it cook.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mutton spices
- Now add mutton and cook the spices on low heat for 10 minutes
- Now add about 100ML water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Garnish it with green coriander or mint leaves, your mutton korma is ready to serve.
