  • Cashew nuts for the coconut milk mixture
  •  Half cup soaked cashew nuts
  •  3 green chilies
  •  3-4 cloves
  •  2 small cinnamon barks
  •  One fourth teaspoon green cardamom seeds
  •  ½ cup of coconut milk

For Frying Cheese

  •  2 tbsp oil
  •  250 grams Paneer cut into triangular shape

For gravy

  •  2 tablespoons butter
  •  Half a cup chopped onion
  •  1 bay leaf
  •  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  •  Half cup chopped yellow chilies
  •  Half cup chopped red chilies
  •  Half cup green peas
  •  1 ½ cup of coconut water (half cup coconut milk + 1 cup water)
  •  Salt to taste

Method:-

  1. To make cashew mixture in a mixer jar, first, take all the ingredients mentioned above and make a paste
  2. Now fry the paneer pieces in a pan till they turn golden on both sides.
  3. Now for gravy, take a little butter in a pan and add onion and bay leaves and then add ginger garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add yellow and red chili and green peas and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add cashew paste, cottage cheese, and coconut milk and cook till it comes to a boil.
  6. Now after cooking 4-5 minutes, add salt as per taste and add half cup of sugar
  7. Take your Nawabi paneer ready, garnish it with chili oil and green coriander and serve it with hot rice.
