Bread Omelets

Ingredient used:
- 3 eggs
- Finely chopped ½ cup of onion
- ½ cup tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Coriander chopped
- 3 slices bread
- Salt to taste
Method:-
- First, mix all the eggs, onions, peppers, tomatoes, coriander and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Now bake the bread toast on low heat in a little oil on both the sides.
- Now heat a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan
- Now place a slice of bread on top of it and fry till it becomes light brown.
- When the omelet turns light brown, fold it over the slices of bread
- Your bread omelets are ready to serve with tomato ketchup
