Ingredient used:

  •  3 eggs
  • Finely chopped ½ cup of onion
  • ½ cup tomatoes finely chopped
  •  2 green chilies chopped
  •  2 tablespoons Coriander chopped
  •  3 slices bread
  •  Salt to taste
 

Method:-

  1. First, mix all the eggs, onions, peppers, tomatoes, coriander and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Now bake the bread toast on low heat in a little oil on both the sides.
  3. Now heat a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan
  4. Now place a slice of bread on top of it and fry till it becomes light brown.
  5. When the omelet turns light brown, fold it over the slices of bread
  6. Your bread omelets are ready to serve with tomato ketchup
