How to Prepair Whole Masoor Dal Easy Recipe


Protein in pulses is found in abundance. For vegetarians, it is necessary to eat lentils. In Masoor Dal and also like pulses, proteins are found in abundance. This pulse is very easily found in Indian shops as well as in foreign ration shops and supermarkets. This pulse is also considered to be good for health. You can also use lentil pulses to make soup, paratha,  kebab etc. I like to make this dal in the morning, but if you want you can also add onion on it. So you also make this delicious whole lentil pulses and always write us your opinion as usual.

Masoor Dal material

(For 4 people)

  • Black masoor lentils 1 cup salt
  • 1 teaspoon / flavored
  • Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
  • Pita coriander 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Ash 2 pinch red
  • Red chilli 1-2
  • Chili powder ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
  •  Ghee 1 tbsp

To serve:

  • bread
  • Rice

recipe :

  • Wash the lentil pulses well and wash it. Now soak it in 4 cups water for 30 minutes.
  • Add salt, and turmeric to begged dal and boil until it becomes asleep. If you want, you can also take two whistles in the pressure cooker on medium heat. This process takes about 10-15 minutes.
  • Put coriander powder in boiled dal, and garam masala and boil for 1-2 minutes. (If the pulse is very thick, then boil it separately and add a little more water.)

Method of preparation For Seasoning:

  • Heat ghee in tempering pan. Add cumin seeds to it now; When cumin seeds are chopped and its color changes, add in it asafoetida and steep red chillies. Now stop the heat.
  • Now add red chili powder in it. We closed the appetite and put the red chili powder so that the chilli did not burn.
  • Put the dal in the pulses.
  • Serve dal with chopped coriander and serve it.
  • Serve this delicious dal with bread/rice or both.

To make lentil pulses in restaurant style:


  • Heat 1½ tbsp ghee in a small pan, now add finely chopped onions (1 medium) and fry until golden. Now add finely chopped tomatoes (1 medium) and till tomatoes turn ghee. Now put this spice on the pulse while serving.
